Introduction

Hi, Students! The purpose of this lesson is to introduce the Food Pyramid and to motivate you all to see good nutritionSince we are learning about the Food Pyramid, I thought it would be fun to plan out some meals for a whole day.  I want you to plan out breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack and you can't forget about 60 minutes of exercise. You will need to follow the food pyramid and make sure you get all the servings for the day.


In order to get started, click on "Task"  For instructions for this project, go to "Process".  Then to see how you will be graded, click on "Evaluation".  There will be an extra credit assignment in the "Conclusions" and if you need to contact me with any questions, you can click on "Contact" and you will be able to email me.
