Conclusion

You have now completed the "MyPyramid Blast Off" activity!  You should now have a better understanding on the food pyramid and what foods go with which group.  I have a few questions that I want you to ask yourself:
     - What did you learn from this experience?
     - Does this activity make you want to eat healthier and get more exercise?
     - Do you think you will start to follow the food pyramid a lot more in the future?


Following the food pyramid has many benefits for keeping you healthy.  Eating healthy helps your body fight off diseases and exercising often also helps you stay in shape.
